My name is Silver and I am one of the founding members of the Coven of the Burning Waters. I am 29 years old and have been practicing Wicca since 1995. I was raised Christian but never felt "Jesus in my heart" like my mother always told me I should. On a whim, I decided to study Wicca for a college research paper and it was then that I felt like I found what I was always looking for. After practicing solitary for a year, I met two Wiccan women and felt an instant connection with each of them. We decided to form a coven together based on Wiccan principles and on September 26, 1996, Coven of the Burning Waters was born.

In November of 2000 I was married to my soulmate, Weekah. We share a strong spiritual connection and a similar spiritual path. We are also members of the Unitarian Universalist Congregation in the New River Valley. Weekah is my husband, my coven brother, my soulmate, and my best friend.

Today, after almost 10 years with the coven, I feel like my coven brothers and sisters are like my family. I treasure each one of them.
