We of the Coven of the Burning Waters are committed to the following things:

• Continually improving ourselves and the world around us.

• Honoring the Earth and divinity in all its forms.

• Maintaining an eclectic practice by learning from various cultures and belief systems, with the respect and wisdom not to appropriate those things which are not ours to use.

• Always learning and sharing our own knowledge, both within the group and with the larger community.

• Learning and taking inspiration from the natural world around us and from the spirit within each of us, as well as from the speech and writings of others.

• Treating ourselves and others with honor and respect.

• Supporting and inspiring one another through good times and bad, in spiritual and physical matters, and helping one another grow while respecting each individual’s experiences and beliefs.

• Celebrating natural cycles, seasonal and lunar, and rites of passage.

• Performing magic in accordance with the Wiccan Rede and Threefold Law to help ourselves, one another, the Earth, and others as needed.

• Taking a stand and appropriate action on issues which affect human rights and the environment.
